Three Boy Scouts and Ikoma Guides onthe Serengeti Plains

Three Eagle Scouts were selected from more than 600,000 boys to go on a summer safari with Martin and Osa in 1928. The scouts were David Martin, Douglas Oliver, and Robert "Dick" Douglas, Jr. The group is standing on an ant hill as the chief points to where he believes they will find lions.
